About the Dead Six Initiative

We are the Dead Six Initiative. We are Mercenaries, DUST Operatives, Immortal Soldiers. We are a lot of things, but most importantly, we are all in the same boat together. We are more than a Corporation. We are a family. In order to survive in the Cluster, we must have respect for one another.

Where the Dead Six go, we strive for excellence on the battlefield. We expect our operatives to maintain an elite level of respect for their superior officers as well as to their peers. We do not fight this war for ISK; we fight for the Caldari State. To be a Dead Six operative means driving those around you to succeed on and off the field.

Tactical awareness. Operational security. Confidence. Respect. These are the traits of Dead Six Operatives. We take pride in our ability to pull a victory out of a near bitter defeat. We do not walk away from failure with our heads hung low. We pull our heads higher and say "We'll win the next one."

We are a friends and family type of corporation. We're not about being top shit in DUST 514. If that's what you're hoping for, you'll be sadly disappointed. We don't want charity, we don't want to be all business all the time, we don't want your ISK. We just want to enjoy this game. We may troll local, we may roflstomp folks in games periodically, and we may get our asses handed to us. Really, we're just looking to have a good time.

We see a lot of people that take DUST as seriously as they take a job. We're not like that. Dead Six Initiative is a casual corporation until you volunteer for something or are participating in a corp battle. If you are in a squad with Dead Six members, expect to be given orders. We strive for excellence in what we do. We may not be the best, but we sure as hell don't want to be the top dogs in DUST 514. We want to have fun. If you participate in Corporation Contracts, chances are you'll be expected to be “All Business” and follow orders. The reason for this is because corp battles are funded by the corporation wallet. There are no personal ISK or SP gains for rolling into a corp battle, so we like to hope you won't mess around in one.

The Dead Six Initiative isn't supposed to be some overcomplicated EVE Corporation. It's a Corp for Dustbunnies, by a Dustbunny. I don't care if you're a Newberry/bunny or a BitterVet from the Closed Beta. My goal with DEAD6 isn't to make money off the corporation. It's to give people some common ground when it comes to playing the game. That's what we're about.

We're a Caldari Loyalist corporation. We have a welcome home for RPers in DUST. We encourage our members to try new things. We DEMAND, that you have fun no matter what you're doing while you're with us. If you find we're not to you're liking, you're free to move on and there won't be any retaliation.
